How much does it cost for delivery?
Delivery fees are based on your order size, location, and access to your event space. delivery fees are subject to change.

$15-20 for small orders within close proximity to our workshop.

$20-50+ for standard orders within the Tampa Bay Area.

30% of total order for large deliveries, multiple trips, and installations. Also, for orders outside of Hillsborough County that meet our order minimums.

What is the minimum order?

$75 minimum orders for locations within Tampa +delivery and set up fees (if elected)

$100+ for deliveries in the Tampa Bay Area + delivery and set up fees (if elected)

$500+ for Locations outside of Hillsborough County +delivery and set up fees (if elected

$300 minimum for indoor installations

$500 minimum for outdoor installations

Do you charge for set up?
Yes, for balloon orders. Typically balloons are delivered to the door and placed. If your project requires additional set up or assistance, we will charge a fee starting at $75+. The final fee will depend on the scale of the project, location, number of assistants required, and set up time. We charge an hourly rate per person when balloon assistants are needed.

Do you offer clean up/strike services?
Yes. When we have to return to retrieve our equipment, discard balloons, and clean up after the event, we charge a flat fee of $200. Depending on your order, this is not always needed.

How long do balloons last?
Air- filled balloons can last days, weeks, and even months. After a while, the balloons with start to oxidize and color and shine can be affected.

Helium balloons typically only last 3-5 days

Do you travel?
Absolutely. We are open to traveling to Miami, Ft. Myers, Daytona, etc. We have a minimum order, not including the delivery of $500-$1,000+ as well as an "Out of the area fee" starting at $200.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. 50% of your total invoice is required at booking. This deposit ultimately locks in your event date and allows us to start preparing for your special day. Because of this, the deposit is non-refundable.
